It starts with a no-obligation phone call. This allows you to determine if I'm the right celebrant for you, and allows me to get to know you and your vision for your wedding.
If we proceed, we'll schedule an in-person meeting where we can brain-storm in greater detail about the specifics of your ceremony. This is an easy-going meeting that clients find relaxed and fun, which brings out the elements that will make your ceremony unique. (For funerals, if the time-frame is short, we can do all the planning over the phone, Skype, or FaceTime.
With this information in hand, I will research, write and revise your one-of-a kind ceremony that celebrates a significant moment or passage in your life.
I will send you the first draft of the ceremony for your comments and revisions. Then, I will create as many drafts as necessary to get it just right.
I will obtain your approval of the written ceremony.
I will conduct the ceremony itself in a location of your choice. This may include a rehearsal, if the complexity of the ceremony warrants it.
After the celebration, I will give you the gift of a beautiful keepsake copy of the ceremony as a memento of your special event.
